Claude Code set up for your engineering team in two weeks.
Your engineers already pay for Claude, and most of them use it as a smarter autocomplete. We install the setup our own company runs on: rules for each repository, hooks that block what must never happen, skills for the repeated work and an automated review in CI.
Who this is for
Teams of 3 to 30 engineers with Claude seats bought, a real codebase in production and no one with the time to turn Claude Code into a team habit. If you have not picked an AI tool yet, start there first.
What we set up
Repository audit
One day reading your repositories, your pull requests and how the team ships, so the rules match how you actually work.
CLAUDE.md for each repository
Commands that work, conventions, what to read before touching each area. Claude stops guessing your stack.
Permissions and blocking hooks
The commands Claude may run alone, the ones it must ask about, and hooks that stop the rest: force push, edits to secrets, merges without review.
Skills and subagents
Written procedures for the work your team repeats (review, debug, implementing a planned step), each routed to the model that does it well.
MCP servers for your tools
Claude reads your issue tracker, docs and database schema directly, with read-only access where that is enough.
Review in CI
An independent review on every pull request, stricter on code that touches money or authentication.
Two weeks, step by step
Day 1: audit
We read the code and sit with the team for an hour. You get a one-page plan with what we will set up.
Days 2 to 7: build
Rules, hooks, skills, MCP and CI go into your repositories as pull requests your team reviews.
Days 8 and 9: training
Two recorded sessions: daily use, and how to change the rules when the team learns something new.
Day 10: handoff
Everything is yours, in your repositories. You get a written list of what each piece does and how to turn it off.
Your team's part: one hour on day 1, reviewing our pull requests, and the two training sessions. Nobody stops shipping for two weeks.
We run our own company this way
- The messaging platform behind Chat2Desk Brazil: about 2 million messages a month, over 24 million since December 2025.
- Our own infrastructure: 128 CPU cores and 650 GB of RAM running 190+ containers in high availability. When a server fails, its services restart on another one by themselves, and every release ships through GitHub Actions without downtime.
- A content pipeline that writes, checks and publishes a blog article every day with nobody at the keyboard, and marks it live only when the page answers.
- Google Ads run through the API, with a daily collector and a watchdog that alerts us the morning it fails.
Built by Hugo Jorge, who has run Chat2Desk Brazil for six years at seven-figure ARR, profitable every year, with the same rules, hooks and review we set up for you.

Questions
Do we need Claude subscriptions?
Yes. You buy the seats from Anthropic. Our price covers the setup and the training, not the licenses.
Do you need access to our code?
Yes, to the repositories in scope. We work in your repositories with the access you give us, and everything we write stays there.
We want software built, not a setup.
Then you want a development sprint. Say so on the call and we scope it separately.
What if the setup does not fit how we work?
Every change arrives as a pull request your team reviews, so nothing goes in without your approval. On day 10 you get the list of each piece and how to turn it off.
Nutek Software is an independent company and is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Anthropic. Claude and Claude Code are trademarks of Anthropic.
See if it fits your team
One short call. You show us how the team works today and we tell you what we would set up, or that you do not need us.
