• Technical data: information necessary to set up your infrastructure (server IPs, domain details), which is handled with strict confidentiality.
• Usage data: analytics through Google Tag Manager, loaded only if you accept the consent banner, to improve our website performance.

We use the information we collect to:

• Reply to your request and provide and maintain our services.
• Notify you about changes to our services.
• Provide customer support.

4. Where Form Data Goes

When you send the contact form, your message is delivered to our team through an internal messaging tool and saved in a spreadsheet in our Google account. We use it to answer you and to measure which channels bring us customers. If you arrived from an ad, we may send the ad click identifier back to the platform that showed the ad, so it can measure that ad.

Our services often involve deploying infrastructure on third-party providers such as Hetzner, AWS or Google Cloud, and this website is served by Cloudflare. We do not own the physical servers provided by these third parties. Your data residing on these servers is subject to the security protocols of the respective providers, although we configure them with industry-standard security best practices (firewalls, encryption, least-privilege access).
