Cloud to dedicated server migration that cuts your infrastructure bill.

We move your workloads from cloud virtual machines to dedicated servers on Hetzner, with a written plan, a tested cutover and a rollback ready.

Why the cloud bill grows faster than your traffic

Cloud virtual machines are convenient, and you pay for that convenience on every hour and every gigabyte. Many teams end up with machines sized for a peak that happens rarely, plus data transfer charges that nobody planned for. The bill grows with the company, and not always with the traffic.

Dedicated servers give you far more compute and memory per euro, and they suit steady workloads well. The trade-off is that a single dedicated server is one machine, so the design has to supply what the cloud supplied by default: redundancy, backups and monitoring. That design work is what we do.

What we do

Cost and workload inventory

We list what runs where, what each piece costs and how much capacity it really uses, and estimate what it would cost on Hetzner.

Right-sized architecture

We design the dedicated setup with redundancy where it matters, so the move does not trade savings for fragility.

Data sync and rehearsal

We copy data ahead of time, rehearse the cutover on a copy and measure how long it takes.

Cutover window and rollback

We plan a short window, agree it with you, and keep the old environment ready so we can go back if needed.

Monitoring and backups

Alerts, backups and restore tests are in place before the old environment is switched off.

How the migration runs

  1. Audit and estimate

You get a written comparison before you commit to anything.

  2. Build the new environment

We build and test it next to the old one.

  3. Cut over

We switch traffic in the agreed window, with the old environment still running.

  4. Retire the old environment

After a stable period you choose, we shut down the cloud resources you no longer need.

Questions

Will there be downtime?

We run old and new side by side and switch in a planned, short window with a rollback ready. You know the window before we start.

How much will I save?

It depends on your workload. We compare real usage and real prices in the audit and give you the figures before you decide.

Is a dedicated server less reliable than the cloud?

A single server is, which is why we design for redundancy, with replicated data, failover and tested restores. Reliability comes from the design.

Who holds the Hetzner account?

You do. The account is in your name and you pay Hetzner directly.
