Google Business Profile management that puts you on the map.
We set up, verify and keep your profile current, so people searching nearby see accurate hours, real photos and reviews, and a button that reaches you.
Why the profile matters more than the website
When someone searches for a service near them, Google often shows a map with three businesses before it shows any website. The customer picks from what is on that map: rating, photos, hours, distance. Many people never click through to a site at all.
A profile with the wrong hours, an old phone number or no photos loses customers who were already looking for you. Fixing it is not complicated, but it needs to be done carefully and kept up, which is where most businesses stall.
What we handle
Setup and verification
We create or claim the profile, complete Google's verification and make sure the business name, address and phone match your website.
Categories and services
We choose the primary and secondary categories that match what you really sell, and list each service with a plain description.
Photos and posts
We organize the photos that show your work and location, and publish posts about offers and news on a simple schedule.
Review routine
We give you a short link and a message to ask happy customers for a review, and we draft replies to the reviews you receive for your approval.
Tracking calls and visits
We tag the profile links so your analytics show how many visitors, calls and direction requests came from the profile.
How it works
Audit
We compare your profile with the businesses that rank above you in your area and list the gaps.
Fix
We correct the information, add the missing services and photos and settle the categories.
Maintain
We post, answer reviews and check the profile every month so it does not drift out of date.
Questions
Do I need a physical shop?
Not always. Service-area businesses, such as plumbers or mobile services, can list the areas they serve. Google has rules about addresses, and we follow them so the profile is not suspended.
Can you remove a bad review?
Only reviews that break Google's policies can be reported, and Google decides. For fair but unhappy reviews, a calm public reply usually helps more than any removal.
Who owns the profile?
You do. We ask to be added as a manager, so you can remove our access at any time.
How soon will I see results?
Corrections to hours, photos and categories can show quickly. Ranking changes depend on competition in your area, and nobody can promise a position.
