Meta Conversions API setup, so Facebook and Instagram ads learn from real results.
We send your conversions from the server to Meta, deduplicated with the pixel, and add the events that matter most: qualified leads and closed deals from your CRM.
What goes wrong with pixel-only tracking
The Meta pixel runs in the visitor's browser. Ad blockers, privacy settings and browser restrictions can stop it, so some of your real leads never reach Meta. Meta then optimizes on partial data, and your cost per result looks worse than it is, or the algorithm drifts toward the wrong audience.
The Conversions API sends events from your server instead. Meta recommends running it together with the pixel, and matching the two with a shared event name and event ID so each conversion is counted once.
What we set up
Pixel plus server events
The standard events (such as Lead or Purchase) are sent from the browser and from your server, with deduplication through a shared event ID.
Better matching
We send hashed customer details with consent, such as email and phone, which helps Meta connect the conversion to the person who saw the ad.
CRM events
We send later stages back to Meta (qualified, meeting held, won), so campaigns can optimize toward leads that turned into revenue.
Consent respected
Events follow the choice each visitor made in your consent banner. Server-side does not mean ignoring it.
Verified in Meta
We check the events in Meta's Test Events tool and in Events Manager diagnostics and fix duplicates and missing values.
How the setup runs
Audit the current events
We see what the pixel sends today, what is missing and what is counted twice.
Choose the route
We connect through your tagging server, your site backend or your CRM, depending on what you already have.
Implement and test
We build the events, test them end to end and check deduplication.
Compare with your CRM
We compare Meta's numbers with the real leads and fix the gaps.
Questions
Do I still need the pixel?
Yes. Meta recommends using the pixel and the Conversions API together, with deduplication, because each covers cases the other misses.
Will my numbers in Meta match my CRM exactly?
Not to the unit, since the platforms attribute differently. They should stop disagreeing by a lot, and we can explain what is left.
Does it work for WhatsApp and lead forms?
Yes. Conversions that happen off your site, such as chats and Meta lead forms, can be sent back too, which is where the CRM connection matters most.
What does it cost to run?
If it goes through a tagging server, that server has a small hosting cost on infrastructure you own. We give you the number before we build.
